may be visible to other verified members of your community according to your privacy settings and the functionality of the App.

Option A – Delete Account from the App

  1. Open the OneSamaj App.
  2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your request.

Your account will be immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option B – Request Account Deletion via Email

If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by contacting us.

After verifying your registered mobile number, your account and associated personal information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our App is designed for community networking and is intended for individuals aged 13 years and above. Certain features, including the Matrimony module, are intended only for users aged 18 years or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through our App, we will take prompt steps to delete such information from our systems.

11. Permissions Used by the App

To provide the full functionality of OneSamaj, the App may request the following permissions:

Camera

Used to capture profile photos, upload images, business logos, event photos, and other user-generated content.

Photos / Media Library

Allows you to select and upload profile pictures, community posts, business images, matrimonial photos, and other media from your device.

Storage (Android, where applicable)

Used to temporarily cache images and application content to improve performance and reduce loading times.

Notifications

Used to send community announcements, event reminders, chat notifications, post updates, and important administrative alerts.

Internet Access

Required to securely communicate with our servers and provide all online services.
